"Typin' 'bout a Revolution"

Yeah, you know, we all wanna change the world ... and now we can. "Global internet use is growing faster than the world's population." says Kathy Beyer-Conrad, a
CEC Spokesman, "As more users come online, the stronger the presence for change becomes. One huge topic for people online is change regarding the environment."

"Innovators of clean energy are leading the growth to recovery out of this recession" adds Kyle Vanderbe, a CEC Analyst. "Rather than staying focused on the past
economies which have darkened our air and our bank accounts, people are going online and talking about business ideas that are in one way or another about clean
energy."

"As demand for information on clean energy grows, there is a critical supply shortage of high quality places to talk about new ideas", notes Samir Jefferson, a
blog critic from Liberia.

Samir is right, in a 2008 EIA study on Annual Energy Outlook 2008 (Early Release), "Total primary energy consumption in the AEO2008 reference case grows by 19
percent between 2006 and 2030 (an average rate of 0.7 percent per year), from 99.5 quadrillion Btu in 2006 to 118.0 quadrillion Btu in 203013.2 quadrillion Btu
less than in the AEO2007 reference case."

The growth of internet use over tha past decade has been unprecedented. According to Mathew Ingram [http://mathewingram.com]there were "3.6 Million" searches in
Google in 1998, then there was a gigantic leap to "about 500 million total" searches on Google in 1999, and then it grew by leaps-and-bounds to "700 billion"
searches in Google in 2008. That's a growth rate of 194,444% (percent!) . This growth of internet use is not just aimless clicking, it represents an increase in
search for knowledge and is based on specific topics.

So if you really want to change the world, don't just hope for it, go online and make a difference.
